2021 UN Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers ‘s report

In resolution 44/8, as in previous ones, the Human Rights Council requested the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers to submit annual thematic reports to the General Assembly and Human Rights Council.
For 2021 the topic concerned the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and the impact and challenges for independent justice:
