• Judge Mette Søgaard Vammen, Vice-President of the IAJ Second Study Commission (Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law) will present a report in English on the following subject:
  • “De-jurisdictionalised Divorce, or Divorce by Grant as Practiced in Denmark.”
• Secretary-General of the IAJ Giacomo Oberto will submit two presentations in French, on the following subjects:
  • “Juges et Notaires en Europe : possibles dénominateurs communs.”
  • “Evolution du divorce non contentieux en Italie et en Europe. Déjudiciarisation du droit de la famille.”
