Greece: EAJ Letter to Minister of Justice

On November 28th the President of the EAJ, Mr. Duro Sessa, wrote a letter expressing concerns to some aspects of  the new law which will introduce new ways of judicial training for judges in Greece.

The letter was sent to the Minister of Justice and called the attention to the importance of involving the Greek Association of Judges, member of the IAJ, on the essential legislative projects related to the judiciary.
