Croatia – Opinion on the introduction of the procedure of renewal of security vetting through amendments to the Courts Act

On 18 and 19 Mach 2022, the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission), during its 130th Plenary Session, adopted an opinion on the introduction of the procedure of renewal of security vetting through amendments to the Courts Act in Croatia.
