ANAO letter to the President of Mongolia

Mrs Allyson Duncan , President of the ANAO Group, regional group of the IAJ, sent a letter to the President of Mongolia, as regards recent measures taken to facilitate the dismissal of judges in this country. In this letter the IAJ expresses its concern about the suggestion that the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary is being weakened in Mongolia.
