CoE’s Parliamentary Assembly Monitoring Committee calls for the monitoring procedure in respect of Turkey to be re-opened:

Please find enclosed the link to the report on the Functioning of democratic institutions in Turkey adopted on March 8th, 2017, by the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, including a draft resolution to be debated during the April 2017 part-session.
