Letter by EAJ’s President, concerning the referendum in Turkey

Today a letter subscribed by EAJ’s President, Mr. José Igreja Matos, concerning the referendum to be held in Turkey together with the Venice Commission recent Opinion , were spread among the IAJ members, inviting them to spread these two documents in the media in their countries.
