In view of the next IAJ annual meeting which will be held in Baku (Azerbaijan), from 12 to 16 October 2025, please take into account the important information about visa to enter the country.
As indicated on the official website of the meeting in Baku (IAJ2025), please consider that if delegates come from countries where there is no Azerbaijani Embassy or Consulate and their country is not included in the list of eligible countries for electronic visas, we kindly ask them to contact the Azeri colleagues directly.
Our Azeri colleagues are prepared to assist such delegates in obtaining their visas upon arrival in Azerbaijan. They guaranteed us to have already held discussions with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan regarding this matter and can confirm that support will be provided to resolve any visa-related issues.
