Report on the exercise of fundamental freedoms by judges and lawyers

In December last year the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers, Mr. García-Sayán, sought our inputs for the preparation of a report on the exercise of fundamental freedoms by judges and lawyers.
