Special edition of the Swiss Magazine “Justice – Justiz – Giustizia”

The Swiss magazine of Judges “Justice – Justiz – Giustizia” is the official publication organ of the Swiss Association of Judges of the Judiciary (ASM) .

It is published online four times a year and deals with all matters relating to the judiciary and criminal investigation authorities from a Swiss perspective.

It provides information on the constitutional law of justice and the judicial organization.

A special edition has been devoted to the topic of appointment of judges.
