Secretary-General’s contribution for the meeting in Algers on the the role of the Council of Europe in the fight against international terrorism

The Secretariat-General has spread among African Associations the contribution which will be submitted by the Secretary-General Mr. Oberto to the meeting of the African Group of the IAJ due to take place in Algers, in June 2015, on the topic of the role of the Council of Europe in the fight against international terrorism, protecting public security and safeguarding human rights (title in French: “Le rôle du Conseil de l’Europe dans la lutte contre le terrorisme international : protection de la sécurité publique et sauvegarde des droits de l’homme”).
