In Memoriam of Jan Vyklický

The Czech Union of Judges informed us that on 4th February, 2018, the former CUJ past President and long-time IAJ and EAJ Delegate Mr Jan Vyklický passed away.

The IAJ President Mr Christophe Régnard and Secretary-General Mr Giacomo Oberto, together with the EAJ President Mr José Manuel Igreja Matos and the whole IAJ and EAJ Presidency Committees express their condolences to the Czech Union of Judges and the family of these dear colleague of ours, who for many years had very efficiently co-operated with our Organisation in the fight for the defence of judicial independence in Europe and in the world.
