Disciplinary Chamber of the Polish Supreme Court rejects request against judge Igor Tuleya

The European Association of Judges, Regional Group of the International Association of Judge has been informed that the Disciplinary Chamber of the Polish Supreme Court rejected today the request to strip judge Igor Tuleya of his judicial penal immunity.

The IAJ Presidency Committee expresses its greatest satisfaction with this decision, underlying the world wide solidarity to judge Tuleya registered in these days, also as a result of an appeal launched by our Organisation.
