EAJ Statement on Poland
News of the IAJ
The EAJ( European Association of Judges), Regional group of the International Association of Judges (IAJ) , made a Statement about its concern as regards the respect of independence of judiciary in Poland.
The Document was sent to the President of the Polish Parliament as well as to the European authorities (European Commission , European Parliament, CoE).
