Expert Meeting on the 2010 Kyiv Recommendations on Judicial Independence

On  December 2^nd and 3^rd,  2019, the President of the EAJ, Mr Igreja José Matos and Vice President Mr Duro Sessa, participated, as members of the Advisory group, to an expert meeting on the 2010 Kyiv Recommendations on Judicial Independence.

The meeting, organised by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), was held in Warsaw, (Poland).

This meeting addressed contemporary challenges and good practices relating to judicial administration against the backdrop of a planned review of available ODIHR guidance on judicial independence.
