Polish disciplinary prosecutor Michał Lasota launched a case against judge Ewa Maciejewska, who sent pre-judical queries to Luxembourg

Judge Ewa Maciejewska (District Court in Łódź) was summoned to confess to the disciplinary commissioner (appointed by MoJ/Prosecutor General) that she requested the Court of Justice for preliminary ruling regarding disciplinary proceedings.
