Report on the application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights

On 5 June, the European Commission published its annual report on how the EU institutions and Member States have been applying the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

This year, it also marks the 10th anniversary of the Charter’s entry into force.

On the same day, the Commission also released a Eurobarometer survey on citizens’ awareness of the Charter.
