Expert evidence paper (2nd Study Commission) 2015

In the private area of our web site we have published a ” Discussion paper on the management of expert evidence for use by Courts and Tribunals: Concurrent Expert Evidence”, drafted by the President of the ANAO Group, Mr. Pagone for the IAJ Second Study Commission. The purpose of this paper is to raise issues for discussion about the use of non-legal expert knowledge and skills in judicial decisions.
