Expert evidence paper (2nd Study Commission) 2015

In the private area of our web site we have published a ” Discussion paper on the management of expert evidence for use by Courts and Tribunals: Concurrent Expert Evidence”, drafted by the President of the ANAO Group, Mr. Pagone. The purpose of this paper is to raise issues for discussion about the use of non-legal expert knowledge and skills in judicial decisions.
