On November 9th, 2023, in Brasilia (Brazil), IAJ’s Secretary-General Giacomo Oberto submitted a presentation on the issue of Dejudiciarisation, in the framework of the International Conference on this topic organised by the International Union of Notaries (Union Internationale du Notariat Latin – UINL), in co-operation with the Colégio Notarial do Brasil (Conselho Federal) of Brazil.
