The IAJ General Secretariat has been asked by the President and the Presidency Committee to circulate among all IAJ member associations a proposal for amendments of the Constitution of the International Association of Judges. The proposal follows the results of the works of the Presidency Committee in its last meeting in June in Dubrovnik.
The President’s proposal will be included in the agenda for the discussion and vote by the Central Council in its meeting scheduled in Cape Town (South Africa) in October 2024.
