On 18th September 2023, the 65th IAJ annual meeting officially started. The opening ceremony was attended by the President of Taiwan, Ms. Ing-wen Tsai; the President of Judicial Yuan, Dr. Tzong-Li Hsu; the TSMSC founder, Dr. Morris Chang.
