Seminar in Strasbourg at the European Court of Human Rights

Dear Colleagues,

Today I attended in Strasbourg, on behalf f our President Christophe Régnard, the Judicial Seminar on the occasion of the solemn hearing of the European Court of Human Rights, where I submitted a paper on our Universal Charter (http://www.iaj-uim.org/iuw/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Oberto_The_Universal_Charter_of_the_Judge_2017.pdf).

The Court disseminated an interesting background document on the “Authority of the Judiciary”, gathering all the main judgments on the subject of judicial independence.
