The judiciary: possible ways of development. (March of a Thousand Robes One Year Later)

On January 11, 2020, the unprecedented March of 1000 Robes took place.

European judges manifested their solidarity with Polish judges, lawyers and the entire free Polish society by marching through Warsaw’s streets.The  webinar, held on January 18, 2021,aimed  to discuss the rule of law in the context of solidarity as a cornerstone of an independent judiciary’s defence.

It was an undeniable manifestation of citizens’ solidarity with the judiciary.

Judiciary in Europe was united in the struggle to protect the rule of law.

The event was organized by IUSTITIA, EAJ, MEDEL, AEAJ.
