The “WARSAW DECLARATION” of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary

The General Assembly of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary has issued on 3^rd June 2016 the “Warsaw Declaration on the Future of Justice in Europe.” The document takes a very strong stand, inter alia, on the situation of the Judiciary in Turkey and in Poland.
