EAJ Letter on Montenegro

The President of the European Association of Judges (EAJ), Duro Sessa signed a Letter concerning the recently adopted amendments to the Montenegrin Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.

The letter has been sent to the public Montenegrin authorities (President of Montenegro, Prime Minister, Acting President of the Supreme Court, President of the Judicial Council and State Secretary at Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights).
