Round-table on the Rule of Law in EU

On October 21th, a round-table about Rule of Law in the EU and the challenges and possible solutions was organised by the CEELI Institute.

The event focused on the legal instruments for protection of judicial independence and rule of law in EU countries in view of the actual situation in the Polish judiciary.

The event saw the participation of Vice President of European Commission, Ms Vera Jourova (on line) and several other colleagues from different countries, including the President of the IAJ, Mr Igreja Matos and Vice President of IAJ, Ms Sabine Matejka.
