UN Survey on cases of “disguised” disciplinary actions against judges: new deadline

The IAJ has been requested by the UN Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers, Prof. Diego García-Sayán, to contribute with its experience to a survey of his Office, aiming at studying the issue of “disguised” disciplinary actions or procedures against judges in different Countries.

The deadline to fill the questionnaire (spread to all the IAJ members) has been extended to the 1st of June.
