Letter  by the IAJ President, concerning the referendum in Turkey

Another letter, in English and Turkish, this time subscribed by the IAJ President, Mr. Christophe Regnard, concerning the referendum to be held in Turkey, was spread among the IAJ members, inviting them to spread it in the media in their countries.
