In view of the IAJ annual meeting in Taipei, the Secretary-General Giacomo Oberto sent a written presentation on the subject: “JUDGES’ ASSOCIATIONS. THEIR ROLE IN THE WORLDWIDE DEFENSE OF JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE”.
The oral presentation of this report was made by Caroline Kirton (delegate of the Australian Judicial officers Association) during the ANAO meeting in Taipei.
