Three Articles of the “Zanger” (Lawyer) Kazakh Judicial Magazine concerning IAJ

“Zanger”, the official Magazine of the National Association of Judges of Kazakhstan (‘Zanger’ comes from the Kazakh word meaning “Lawyer”), published recently three articles concerning the IAJ.

The first one is the translation in Russian language of the Introduction to the Universal Charter of the Judge and the text of the Charter, approved by the IAJ in 2017 in Santiago de Chile. The document is available here:

The second one is the translation in Russian of an article of the IAJ Secretary-General Giacomo Oberto on the subject “JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW UNIVERSAL CHARTER OF THE JUDGE: THE ISSUE OF INTERNAL INDEPENDENCE” (Presentation for the International Conference Held in Marrakesh (Morocco) – Wednesday, October 17, 2018 In the framework of the 61^st Meeting of the International Association of Judges).
