Sharing a suggestion of our Dutch colleagues, we are pleased to publish some interesting documents that can be of use for all of us as judges .

Recently the European Parliament launched a research report titled ‘Access to Justice in Europe for Victims of International Crimes’.

In the report, the Witness Protocol of the District Court of The Hague (The Netherlands) was recognized as a best practice.

In the letter you are also invited to join a Network of Judges, International Crimes Cases.

The Bureau of International Crimes wishes in fact to come into contact with other national judges in the world that adjudicate international crimes.
