Joint Spanish and Portuguese Associations
In an unprecedented situation the 4 Judges Associations in Spain (APM, Jueces para la Democracia, FJI y Forum Francisco Vitoria) and the Portuguese Association (ASJP – there’s only one) managed to issued an “iberia” declaration about our Turkish colleagues.

This is the translation of the first paragraph:
In a statement without any historical precedent, the five associations of judges from Spain and Portugal have publicly pronounced a resounding statement against “the massive and unjustified arrests of Turkish judges in the exercise of their duties, practiced without respecting the a due process and the Rule of law”.
